Online career portfolio firm expands product line with
enhanced client portal
BOCA RATON, FL (PRWEB) February 12, 2007 -- Power Talent
Network, Inc. announced today a new release of its Client
Portal software solution for web-based career portfolios.
"Release 3.1 of the Client Portal streamlines the development
process and improves ease-of-use for career advisors in our
strategic partner firms," stated Vice President Ted Korbel.
The new Client Portal features three new functionality enhancements:
1. Portfolio clients can view design models and indicate their
portfolio model selection online from the Client Portal.
2. Clients can now upload artifacts for their portfolios online,
including graphs, charts, photographs, diagrams, etc.
3. Clients complete a portfolio questionnaire online to provide
answers to key questions for developing their portfolio.
These enhancements reduce the amount of time career advisors
spend in preparing portfolio inputs while speeding up the
communication process and providing improved quality foundation
data.
“Power Talent's career portfolios integrates strategic thinking,
operational knowledge, financial acumen and organizational
expertise into a cohesive, cogent presentation,” stated co-founder
Rita Mee. Power Talent's portfolio designers apply advanced
business processes and technologies to help clients sharpen
the visualization and clarity of their candidacy and articulate
how their past value creation aligns them with the current
challenges faced by employers.
Power Talent’s career web portfolios give job seekers professionally
designed, compelling presentations of their most significant
strengths and accomplishments. During telephone interviews,
candidates co-browse their portfolio with prospective employers
over the Internet, visually explaining their achievements.
Once in the door, candidates strengthen their live presentation
with web portfolios which quantify the value they can deliver,
thereby increasing their chances of employment. The portfolio
can be displayed on a pc, tablet pc or wireless phone.
After they are hired, users can deploy their portfolios to
acquaint co-workers with their background and skills. The
portfolios can also be incorporated into their employer’s
career management data base for future projects and succession
planning.
Client Portal release 3.1 software is scheduled for general
availability in March, 2007.
