Robert James was one of 15 executives chosen by Louis Gerstner in the early nineties to turn around the IBM Corporation. As head of a multi-billion dollar area that provided consulting and technology services, Mr. James achieved one of the top performing divisions in the company on a worldwide basis.

Mr. James has directed and overseen thousands of management consulting projects, and has expertise in numerous industries and applications. He was an executive with AT&T, Xerox, Amerada Hess, & Shulton. Over $2 billion worth of revenue was generated by his work in Human Resource applications coupled with technology innovation. His outstanding performance at IBM led to a vice presidency for overseeing IBM’s global practice for the telecommunications industry.
