Roger has over 20 years experience as an Executive Recruiter,
serving the computer, software, high-tech, sales and
legal industries. He has a substantial high-tech background,
including IT management positions in RCA Corporation
and Computer Sciences Corp.
He began in the professional employment
service business with a national multi-branch recruiting
firm in their Los Angeles and Seattle offices. He opened
a branch office, recruited and trained recruiters, and
established exclusive recruiting assignments and contracts.
Roger is highly experienced in all
aspects of contingency recruiting including client consultation,
presentations, negotiations, resume preparation, candidate
sourcing, and interview coaching.
He also served as internal recruiter
for major Seattle software firm, and opened an office
for east coast computer consulting firm. He handled
all recruiting for a dot com while serving as VP of
Sales and Marketing, and also sold internet streaming
video services to corporate clients.
